1. Can I bring my car to you?
No, Royal touch mobile detailing is a fully mobile service. We come to you, whether at your home, office, or other convenient location. We proudly service all suburbs in Adelaide, from Morphett Vale to Elizabeth and everywhere in between.
2. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
• Cash
• Credit and Debit Cards
All card transactions are securely processed through Commonwealth Bank to ensure a smooth and safe checkout experience.
3. Do you need access to power and water?
Yes, we require access to:
• A power point near the vehicle for our equipment.
• A water tap connection for cleaning purposes.
4. What is your weather policy?
In cases of bad weather—such as rain, severe storms, or high winds—your appointment will be rescheduled to the next available date unless you have an undercover or indoor area where we can perform the service. We’ll always communicate with you ahead of time if a reschedule is necessary

We carefully select our products based on extensive testing and proven results. Royal touch mobile detailing uses a range of industry-leading products to ensure the best care and results for your vehicle.
6. How long does a car detail take?
The time required depends on the package you choose and the condition of your vehicle. On average:
* Basic Packages: 1-2 hours
* Comprehensive Packages: 3-5 hours

7. Do you offer same-day appointments?
Same-day appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
8. Is there a call-out fee?
We generally don’t charge a call-out fee for locations within 40 minutes of the Adelaide CBD. However, for areas located more than 40 minutes from the CBD, a small travel fee will apply. We’ll let you know the exact fee when you book your appointment.

We service all suburbs within the Adelaide metropolitan area. If you’re unsure whether we can reach your location, feel free to contact us to confirm.
9. Is there a call-out fee?
We generally don’t charge a call-out fee for locations within 35 minutes of the Adelaide CBD. However, for areas located more than 35 minutes from the CBD, a small travel fee will apply. We’ll let you know the exact fee when you book your appointment.
